Unlike other non-9 times baked bamboo salt, the Alkali 4 times baked (Alkali 4x) bamboo salt went though Lava-like melting process.

For this reason, Alkali 4x has distinctively increased alkalizing, antioxidant effects. Oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of Alkali 4x is (-)200 mV, while that of ordinary 3 times baked-only bamboo salt is (-)56 mV.
