Unattended Delivery & Missing Packages

By selecting standard shipping and providing your consent at checkout, you authorize the shipping carrier to leave your package unattended at the designated delivery address without obtaining a signature.

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, including through tracking records or photographic evidence, the order will be considered delivered.

If a package is reported missing after confirmed delivery, we will assist in reviewing the delivery evidence and contacting the carrier where appropriate.

Packages lost or stolen after properly completed, authorized unattended delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
