Powder or crystal? Choose the way you season.

A roast count tells you about the making process. Powder and crystal tell you about the format. Separate these two decisions and choosing a jar becomes easier.

For even seasoning, start with powder.

Powder makes it straightforward to spread a little salt through a sauce, marinade or pot of food. Use a small amount, mix and taste. The format is especially useful when you do not want distinct pieces of salt in a bite.

For a finishing moment, consider crystals.

Crystals give you visible pieces to select or crush. Add a little to a finished dish and adjust the texture to your preference. Keep a clean, dry utensil beside the jar.

Read the complete option.

Check the product name, roast count, grain format and package size together. A powder option and a crystal option can have different weights or availability even within the same product family.
